Basketball lock-in is this Friday for ANY student in 5th-8th grades! Fun night with tons of games,tournaments,pizza,and finish the night with a movie and popcorn on the big screen! Please turn forms into Coach Hicks or elementary/high school offices. You can sign up the evening of in the gym lobby. It will help us if you could turn your form in early so we know how much pizza to order. If we do not get enough participation we will have to cancel.

Parents- We will have local law enforcement personnel on campus today using our old elementary for different drills and scenarios. We were assured that it will not disrupt the school day.

Congratulations to Clayton Beckett, Cannon Hurst, and Malachi Givens. These gentlemen competed at the SkillsUSA Regional Skills and District Leadership in February. All three qualified for the state competition being held in Tulsa in April. Clayton in cabinet building, Cannon in HVAC and Malachi in Diesel Mechanics. We are very proud of each of you and wish you the best of luck.

Congratulations to Sophomore students Aleah Melson and Rori Wood. These two ladies were nominated for the Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence. This award is based on outstanding achievement, leadership potential and determination to serve humanity in the field of medicine. They have the opportunity to travel to Boston and the University of Massachusetts Lowell Campus to join other student from around the nation to receive education and inspiration on the cutting edge advances in medicine. We are so proud of both of you.

Basketball lock-in is back! We have had tons of kids ask us about this so we will do it next Friday the 14th beginning at 7:00 p.m and going until 6:00 a.m on Saturday. Lots of games,competitions, a tournament and ending the night with a movie and popcorn! Forms will be sent home to all 5th-8th graders or you can sign up the night of.
