Elementary Enrollment Tomorrow
Elementary enrollment will be on July 27th in the all purpose room. It will be in person enrollment. Enrollment hours are as follows: 9:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00 (new students), and 5:00-7:00. Please be prepared to fill out a lunch form
We will be having a football player meeting on Monday, August 9th in the dome.
High School at 6:00 p.m.
5th/6th & 7th/8th at 7:15 p.m.
This meeting is for all who are playing football this school year. Parents are encouraged to attend. Meet the new coaches, learn about the program going forward and expectations that it takes to be a Chief.

Parents that wish to enroll their student(s) in the Waukomis Virtual School for the 2021-22 school year, please, clink on the link below then scroll down to the Waukomis Virtual Handbook to read and fill out the virtual enrollment forms. Virtual enrollment will only be for 7th-12th graders. Pre-Kindergarten to 6th grade will be in person instruction. You must reside in the district in order to enroll in the virtual program.

Parents I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. It’s time to enroll again. 7th-12th will enroll online this year. This will open on July 27th and run one week. You will need to go to the school website and under parent/student links select grade book. Log in an complete all documents correctly. Students will not be able to select classes until everything is completed. This is for new and returning students. Students can select their classes on August 3rd from 8-12. We will be offering free physicals on July 30th in the high school from 8:00-10:00. 5/6 grade football players will need a physical.

Band camp for grades 7-12 will begin on Monday July 26th from 8:00-3:00. Also on Friday 23rd at 8:00 we will need help marking the field and unloading new instruments. Thank you
All JH/HS softball girls. If you didn’t get a physical last year you must have one in order to practice.
Kindergarten-6th grade enrollment will be on July 27th in the all purpose room. Returning students from 9:00 a.m. to noon. New students from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Grades 7-12 enrollment will be announced next week.
It’s that time of year!!! We are gearing up for our 8th annual Back to School at the Park. Free school supplies for all Waukomis school students. We will be at the park Saturday July 31, from 9-11 to hand these out. No student will be turned away!!! Come see us.
HS football just a reminder no Summer Pride tomorrow. We start back Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. Don’t be late!

The facility shut down only pertains to athletics. The dome, gym, football, baseball and softball fields will not be accessible. Sorry for the confusion.
Attention Parents/Students
School facilities will be closed to all students and parents from Saturday, June 26th thru Monday, July 5th · 2021. This in accordance with the OSSAA Summertime dead week dates. Facility use will resume Tuesday, July 6th.
Little kids football camp tomorrow starts at 8:30 to 10:30. Please drop kids off on the west side of the football stadium by the home bleachers. Pick up will be there as well. Shorts, t-shirt, cleats or tennis shoes and a water bottle will be all that is needed.
Even though summer school is over the summer food program is still going on. We’ll be serving lunch from 11:00 to noon all week.
If your child is planning on attending Football Camp, please, get registration forms in so we can get t-shirts ordered.
